Shipping Locations

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions, with the exception of a small number of countries restricted due to import regulations. The specific list of deliverable and restricted countries can be viewed on the checkout page, or you may contact our customer service for confirmation.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available worldwide for all orders, with no minimum order value required.

All applicable import duties and taxes are fully covered by us, so you will not incur additional charges upon delivery.

  • UK / USA / Canada: 3-8 business days
  • Other major European countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland): 7-12 business days
  • Australia (major cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth): 3-8 business days
  • Asia:
    • Japan: 3-7 business days
    • South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia: 4-8 business days
  • New Zealand: 8-12 business days
  • Other Regions: 8-12 business days

Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates only and do not include customs clearance time. Remote areas (outside major cities) may experience longer delivery times; please contact our customer service for a precise estimate if your address is in a remote region.
  • Minor delays may occur during peak shopping seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday) or due to unforeseen customs clearance issues. We will notify you promptly if any significant delay affects your order.

Address Accuracy & Changes

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error or need to update your address, please email us as soon as possible at support@akiraflow.com. Our team will do its best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has processed by the shipping companies.

If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or customer error, we will do our best to assist in finding a solution; however, any additional costs or losses will remain the customer’s responsibility.
